Since the game launched on November 10, 2021, you have been with us every step of the way, and we are deeply grateful for the time, passion, and memories you have shared with us.
We understand that many of you have been hoping for more updates and fresh content in recent years. We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support throughout this time.
After long and careful consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to end the Ragnarok Origin NA service. With a heavy heart, we would like to share the service closure schedule with you.

• Service Termination: March 24, 2026, 23:59 (PST)

After this date, you will no longer be able to access the game.

• Application period: from December 30, 2025 until March 17, 2026, 23:59 (PST)
• Purchases eligible for refund: amounts spent from October 31, 23:59 (PST) to December 30, 23:59 (PST)
