To show our appreciation, we're having a rebate event for Ragnarok Origin NA veteran adventurers. If you've recharged on Ragnarok Origin NA, Ragnarok Origin: ROO will grant you abundant Nyan Berries!

Event Period

2/28/2024 - 3/28/2024

Event Binding Process:

Step 1: Please visit the event's official website at https://lna.roglobal.com/benefits

Step 2: Please click on the "Bind Now" button at the bottom of the webpage to begin the binding process

Step 3: Next, please enter your secret code for Ragnarok Origin ROO.

Step 4: Click on "Verification" in the dialog box, then select the server and character information where you wish to receive the rebate.

Step 5: Then, input your secret code for Ragnarok Origin NA.

Step 6: If there are no failure messages, the verification is successful. Please click on the "Bind" button.

Step 7: Confirm your rebate information in the pop-up window, and click "Confirm" to finalize the binding.

Step 8: Congratulations! You have successfully completed the binding process.

Reward distribution rules:

1. Rewards will be distributed daily at 7:00 AM server time (UTC-4).

2. The system will compile binding information completed before 4:00 AM server time each day and distribute rebate rewards at 7:00 AM server time.

3. Adventurers who complete binding after 4:00 AM server time will receive rebate rewards at 7:00 AM server time on the following day.

4. Non-Nyanberry rebate rewards such as limited avatar frames, titles, and back accessories will be distributed along with the seventh-day rewards.

5. Each account on Ragnarok Origin ROO and Ragnarok Origin NA can only be successfully bound once.

For example:

Adventurers who complete binding between 10:00 AM on February 28th and 4:00 AM on February 29th server time will receive their first rebate reward at 7:00 AM on February 29th server time and limited item rewards at 7:00 AM on March 6th server time.
If binding is completed at 4:35 AM on February 29th server time, the first rebate reward will be received at 7:00 AM on March 1st server time, and limited item rewards will be received at 7:00 AM on March 7th server time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding Ragnarok Origin NA

Greetings Midgardians,

We are pleased to announce important changes regarding Ragnarok Origin NA (ROONA). We have always strived to deliver the best player experience possible, with a variety of new events, constant updates, implementing player feedback and more.

The Ragnarok Origin franchise currently serves players across various regions, including the United States and Canada, and is being played all across the world. However, we’d like Ragnarok Origin to be enjoyed and experienced by even more players.

As such, we plan to launch Ragnarok Origin as a new and expanded service, including not only North America, but also Latin America. The new-look Ragnarok Origin, ROO:Ragnarok Origin, will be redesigned to provide even-greater reliability and will also launch with a dedicated PC client featuring cross-play functionality. Players will be able to enjoy larger communities and expanded content with a larger playerbase from this expanded region. ROO:Ragnarok Origin will be launched as a completely new game and will run separately from the current ROONA. The new ROO:Ragnarok Origin will begin pre-registration in December, with it launching in January 2024.

To make way for the all-new ROO:Ragnarok Origin, ROONA will cease to be offered on the mobile app stores, due to the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. ROONA will be taken off the mobile app stores in early December.; we will update again when the exact date is confirmed. What’s important to remember is that players will still be able to play and download ROONA via our website after ROONA is no longer available on the mobile app stores. Also, events and services for ROONA will continue even after the new ROO: Ragnarok Origin is released.

Unfortunately, due to the technical limitations, we are unable to carry over any data or progress from ROONA to the upcoming ROO:Ragnarok Origin service. In light of this, ROO:Ragnarok Origin will have a special incentive program for ROONA players who opt to transition to ROO:Ragnarok Origin. More details about this incentive program will be provided in the future.

Our goal is to bring an improved Ragnarok Origin experience to more players across the world while providing more choices for existing players. We look forward to moving towards the next chapter of our Ragnarok Origin journey with all of our dedicated fans and players, and we always appreciate your support.
