Q. When is the exact date to remove the current app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store?

We anticipate this occurring in early December of this year. We will make an official announcement regarding the precise date.

[Updated] ROONA will no longer be available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store starting on December 7th.



Q. Why is the current ROONA being removed from the stores?

Due to Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, we cannot maintain two versions of Ragnarok Origin on mobile app stores simultaneously. Consequently, Ragnarok Origin NA will cease to be offered on the Google Play Store and App Store. No need to worry; you can still play the game even after ROONA is no longer available on the mobile app stores.


Q. If I encounter a problem, how can I redownload the game to continue playing?

Players will still be able to download ROONA from our website.

[Updated] Current players can continue enjoying the game by updating it as usual, via the in-game patcher, after any new updates. However, new Android users will need to download the game through the official website, which will soon be updated with the download link. Unfortunately, the game will no longer be available for new Apple users to download. If any current Apple users need to re-download the game, they can do so via their App Store download history page.



[New Game]

Q. Will the launch of the new game, ROO: Ragnarok Origin, result in the termination of the existing game, ROONA?

No, the arrival of ROO: Ragnarok Origin will not dictate the termination of ongoing services for ROONA.


Q. How will the ROO: Ragnarok Origin differ from ROONA?

ROO: Ragnarok Origin has been designed to enhance stability and deliver an array of quality-of-life improvements, along with additional content for your enjoyment. Furthermore, this game will be available with a PC client, significantly enhancing the gaming experience.. By expanding our service to encompass both North and South America, we aim to foster a larger, more vibrant community that will enhance your overall experience.


Q. Can we use the current ROONA account in ROO: Ragnarok Origin the same way as now? 

Unfortunately, no, as technical limitations prevent us from transferring any data or progress from the NA service to the upcoming ROO: Ragnarok Origin service. 



[In-Game]

Q. How will payments be processed?

Payments will cease to be supported through Apple and Google when the current game is removed from those app stores. However, players will still be able to make purchases through the specific payment method. 


Q. Will we continue to receive news updates and support through ROONA social channels?

Yes, NA social channels will continue to be utilized 


Q. Will current Customer Support tickets be addressed? If so, will the method for submitting tickets be the same?

Yes, the current CS tickets will be addressed, and the submission method will remain the same.


Q. How will toxicity be handled in ROONA?

Toxicity will be handled in the same way as before. For example, hate speech and harassment will result in bans. Terms of service will still apply.

Q. Is there a set date the historical recharge amount is recorded, or is it from the first time a player logs into ROO: Ragnarok Origin? 

Yes. The historical top-up record will be recorded until 2024 Feb 18 (US PST).


Q. Can a player continue to spend in ROONA at any time to build their historical recharge amount to hit a higher incentive tier, including for the $1,000 incentive?

No. The historical top-up record will be recorded until 2024 Jan 9 (US PST)


Q. Are the blocked players entitled to the benefit from the incentive program?

Players who are blocked and/or attempted any chargebacks are not the intended recipients of the incentive and cannot receive it.

Q. If players spent additional amounts in ROONA across more than 1 account, can these be combined to redeem in ROO: Ragnarok Origin?

No. The incentive program is available to bound one account only.  After the account has been bound, the account will no longer be available for the incentive.

Q. How many Nyan Berries will be distributed to a valid player through the Incentive program?

The incentive program will offer players Nyan Berries in ROO: Ragnarok Origin, based on their historical recharge amount in ROONA, at a ratio of $1 USD = 12 Nyan Berries.

Q. Does the historical recharge amount apply to the total $USD spent, or just Nyan Berry top-up?

It applies to the total $USD spent on all purchases. 

Q : I had an account suspension in the past, but it has been resolved, and I am currently playing without any issues. Will I be excluded from the incentive program in this case?

No, you won't. Accounts that are currently playable without issues can be included in the incentive program.
However, accounts with unresolved suspensions within a specific timeframe may be excluded from the incentive program.

Q : Is there a deadline for making repayments to qualify for the incentive program?

Yes, a player must make the repayment by Feb 18th 20:00 PST to qualify for the incentive program. Repayment will not be available after that date.
